DUG freeze and fork

Karsten and I did the fork just now. 
F8 version is still at: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Drafts/DesktopUserGuide
F9 version is now at: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User_Guide/9

Both guides are almost ready. Some updating needs to be done to the 9
version, so take a look there and if you see something that is not
applicable for F9 do adjust it, thanks.

With this fork we've also changed the name of the guide from DUG to
Fedora User Guide, as discussed previously.

Here's to getting these two pups out of the door!
