stale 'docs' group requests

If you have requested access to the 'docs' group, it means you want to
be part of this project.  Great!

The first important thing to do is to introduce yourself to this
list[1].

Anyone who has requested 'docs' but not self-introduced within two
weeks of requesting is going to get denied sponsorship for the group.

No worries if you got busy and forgot.  Just send a self-intro and
request 'docs' sponsorship again. :)
