That is a great question.  I just confirmed in the Beta that the user
$PATH is functionally the same as root's (minus /usr/kerberos/sbin).

It appears we can, for the first time, remove full paths from most
commands.  One can always use it for clarity sake, but the full path
usually clutters the content.

Any objections?
