[urgent] Review request for an article.

Hi,

I am sure this is the most unreasonable request, but given the
circumstances, I could not do earlier.
I am writing an article on Fedora mirroring for a widely circulated
linux magazine (LFY), and in about 16 hours from now (GMT 6:30PM), I
have to submit this.
