I just created the Security Guide in PDF and posted it to docs.fp.o[1]. Along with the minor changes I made to Feedback.xml earlier today everything should be up at the next sync period. The index page should show HTML (en-US) and PDF (en-US) when everything syncs so you can watch for that.
