[Zikula] More License Problems scribite!

Simon,
Repackaged the latest release of scribite! and thought I had looked
everywhere to find any rouge (non-GPL) licenses.  Unfortunately I missed
the CC licenses that Toshio found[1] when he was doing his review.  Can
you take this for action, please?
