Meeting minutes and logs up on the wiki

First I would like to thank John (jjmcd) for directing the meetings on
the 3rd and 10th of September for me.  He did an excellent job.

I just got all the minutes and logs posted to the wiki[1] from those
meetings and last night's meeting.
