I tend to agree with this.

I actually appreciate these kind of attentions to word choices.  I use
words such as process, rules, and policy, where softer words can be
chosen.  Many people balk at the ideas those words raise in them, and
I've noticed lately this happening.  I'll watch out for my usage, thanks
to you for the suggestion.
