All writers and potential writers list

For now, yeah.  You can list the FDSCo members, and leave the link to
the Self-Intro blank.

The idea is to *generally* make our reality follow our process.  For
example, Sarah Wang, who leads the translation team, applied for cvsdocs
access.  For me, she needs no introduction, she is someone we _want_ to
have access to CVS, and if she gets active in /cvs/docs or etc., I'll
ask her to do a self-intro so everyone in the project is familiar with
her.

Can you divide the list of "status unknown" people by seven, and
randomly assign members of the FDSCo as contact people?  We can then
each send out unique emails based on the person's interest.  First we
want to put together a list of points-to-make and useful URLs.

Otherwise open to suggestions.
