   - docs now in individual modules
   - tutorial on how-to make a module?
     - do we need to fix up CVSROOT/avail in some way?

2. Discussion of release notes process proposal
   - One volunteer already
   - Posting at DocsProject/ReleaseNotes/Beats

3. Status of the FC4 Installation Guide
   - Jeremy will provide a technical reviewer
