python-libtorrent/FC-6 is dead since Deluge 0.5 is now in Fedora Extras 6.

As of the 0.5-Beta release series, this has been obsoleted by Flood, the new
Deluge backend. Flood has been integrated into the upstream Deluge sources
and was rewritten in C++ as a Python extension.
