The separate spec file gives "permission denied". But since it's included
in the src.rpm, it can be downloaded nevertheless. I seriously suggest
that you delete old changelog entries from the spec file, because the
authors abuse it as a program changelog. While that may work for the
authors themselves, it doesn't work well if somebody else is a packager.
The spec is >32 KiB already.
