maintaining orphaned packages

I'm willing to maintain x3270 and cyrus-imapd

John Dennis (Red Hat maintainer of cyrus-imapd for RHEL) might want to 
maintain it for FE as well. If he doesn't though, I'll do it for FE

A somewhat cleaned up x3270 based on the last one in -devel CVS is at

review
