Hi,

First of all, I'm new to this list.

I've been building RPMs for many projects for many years, and now I'd like 
to contribute some of them to Fedora Core project.

The first one might be PostGIS, which provides spatial extensions to 
PostgreSQL. This packages needs proj, geos, and gdal, and I can also 
provide them.

I've read the guide at:

Could you please guide me to the next step?
