Not every package make sense for every arch.
For example: Can you show me a z/Series system with a CD/RW
burner. You see, it make no sense to build k3b for the z/Series
arch.
A other problem is, that a lot of developers has access to i386
archs, but only few has access to Linux on z/Series systems.
