rpmlint error

Hi,

When I launch rpmlint on the package I've built, I get the following error:

E: pikdev binary-or-shlib-defines-rpath /usr/bin/pikdev ['/usr/lib', 
'/usr/lib/qt-3.3/lib', '/usr/X11R6/lib']

I don't understand this error, could somebody tell me more about it?
