I was wondering what the general consensus about updating packages
currently was. In this particular case, lua being updated to 5.0.0 to
5.0.2, it seems like an important and win-win situation since all packages
that link against lua do so statically, thus the earlier it gets updated to
this bugfix release, the better.
I know Panu is a bit busy and less involved in apt/Fedora/etc. lately, so I
was wondering if this kind of update could take place without him or not,
and if so, who would decide and who would do it.
