New Packages and a New Layout in Fedora Extras

Hi All,
 
New Packages:
 lua x86, x86_64
 openct x86, x86_64
 gnofract4d x86 (build errors on x86_64)

We've also reorganized a little bit for the migration to official
'extras' status.

The directory hierarchy looks like this:

extras/
 -> 3
  -> SRPMS
  -> i386
     -> debug
  -> x86_64
 -> testing
   -> 3
     -> SRPMS
     -> i386
       ->debug
     ...
 -> development
   -> SRPMS
   -> i386
      -> debug
   -> x86_64
