Please don't request a rebuild for gpgme, because it's too late now, as
CVS in a development type of state for these packages. Transition to gpgme
1.0 is in progress. The old gpgme 0.4.x would not rebuild on x86_64
because it depends on newpg, which in turn fails in one of the tests. The
work-around has been explained on fedora-devel, but has only been
implemented for gpgme03 in favour of moving to GPGME 1.0 and GnuPG 2.
