How to report bugs, outdated packages, ... in pre-extras?

Hi,

which is the right way to report bugs or outdated packages in pre-extras?
New entries at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ assigned to "Fedora Extras"
and the appropriate component? Mails to this list? Other ways?

Example: rdiff-backup is at 0.12.6 but 0.12.7 is the latest stable release.
