Well, you are supposed to get CVS access whenever details on that are
known. Meanwhile, those with CVS access could commit fixes and updates
of course, but it would be nice if package owners explicitly gave
their "okay" and/or requested specifically that something gets
updated. Initial preparation of CVS contents for FC3 was one thing,
maintaining the packages is another thing.
The imlib2 maintainer has CVS access already AFAIK. There's another
fix for that package needed:

And while the ocaml packager doesn't have CVS access yet, there's an
update package which breaks in various ways:
