New version of libcdio

I have updated libcdio to 0.75. This, however, requires a recompile of
applications depending on it. Currently in Extras this is only libcddb.

I justed wanted to announce this change in case any external repository
depends on libcdio. I will request a build for the devel branch in the
next hours.
