The source line is invalid, and obsolete anyway. You should change it to :

http://dl.sf.net/grip/grip-%{version}.tar.gz

Other than that, it's fine with me. I did see a failed configure check for
cdparanoia with "/usr/include/cdda/cdda_paranoia.h:40: error: syntax error
before '*' token" but the package seems to link properly against the lib
nevertheless.
