Package for review: swh-plugins

LADSPA plugins collection by Steve Harris:

This package needs fftw3, which I think is not part of Extras yet. I
have a package for it, it builds both single and double floating point
libraries (both are needed for packages I host - swh-plugins in
particular uses libfftw3f.so.3):
