make build problem

I did a make build in the FC-3 sub-directory and got this:

Subject: Prep Error: moodss-20_0-2 on 3
From: buildsys fedoraproject org
To: jfontain fedora redhat com
could not find path /var/tmp/moodss-20_0-2zRgWwF/rpms/moodss/FC-3 for
moodss-20_0-2.

Could it be because I had done a make tag in the devel sub-directory,
which gave me moodss-20_0-2 at the time, then did the same in FC-3,
which failed?
