build failure log messages completely useless

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

ERROR: something went wrong rebuilding the .src.rpm
ERROR: inspect rpm build log
/var/tmp/mach/fedora-development-ppc-core/tla-1.3.2-5/rpm.log
ERROR: failed to rebuild SRPMs

So ... the build failed. I figured that much from the "build failed on ppc" message. Is the rpm.log file only copied on success? Is there somewhere else I'm supposed to look for the detailed rpm.log?
