I have make a review on the SPEC file.

'It's contains '--with-bundled-sqlite3=no', but it's doesn't
contrins '--with-bundled-boos=no'. Becouse there are a seperate
RPM package for boost, it make sense to write
'--with-bundled-boos=no'.
