Well, here it not visible:
Desktop > System Settings > More System Settings > KYum

Please take a look at the output of:
rpm -q kyum --qf '[%-11{filemodes:perms} %{filenames}\n]'
Do you see what I pointed out in the review?
And yes, I did not use rpm -qlv deliberately.
