Approval needed: ghc

* GHC, the Glasgow Haskell Compiler <http://haskell.org/ghc/>, is
  the standard compiler for the functional programming language Haskell.

A seed package for the buildsystem for i386, ppc and x86_64 is at:

 http://people.redhat.com/petersen/extras/ghc.spec

and ghc standard source package is in extras cvs under ghc/FC-3
and ghc/devel already.

Can someone please review the package for approval? :)

Also I didn't get a clear final answer yet whether ghc can be built
with compat-gcc-32 for devel/fc4?  Otherwise it has to be FC-3 only
for now.
