Some xmms stuff

Just to point out that :
- I've requested ownership of the xmms, xmms-arts and xmms-skins
components since no one stepped up since I've cleaned them up and imported
them. I don't really mind, but if anyone badly wants ownership, be my
guest :-) - I've imported a new xmms-flac package. See this bug for more

I just realized that the source rpm I've imported on the devel branch
didn't include the double free patch attached to that bug, I'll fix that
right away.
