New package: libstatgrab

Hi!

I'd like to get approval for the following package: libstatgrab.

src.rpm as well as the specfile can be retrieved from/reviewed at:
http://filelister.linux-kernel.at/mod_perl?current=/packages/FC_EXTRAS_APPRO
VAL/libstatgrab

Package description says the following (for those who are to lazy to follow
the above link):

Libstatgrab is a library that provides cross platform access to statistics
about the system on which it's run. It's written in C and presents a
selection
of useful interfaces which can be used to access key system statistics.
The
current list of statistics includes CPU usage, memory utilisation, disk
usage,
process counts, network traffic, disk I/O, and more.

I do also have another package in my pipe (bwm-ng) which uses libstatgrab.

Best,
 Oliver

PS: BuildRequires might be cleaned!?
