My thanks to those who responded; I have made various requested
fixes.  The new spec and rebuilt packages are at

The changelog entry:

- Use dist tag
- Don't automatically enable at install time
- Include %ghost'ed allowed-warned-hosts file
- Use %ghost instead of including zero length files.
- Source is at dl.sourceforge.net

I'm still looking into aging out hosts.  Hopefully the author will
have some ideas in this direction.
