Do I really have to delete it? The makefiles are designed in such a way
that you can specify a 'startcompiler'. So the first iteration is with
the startcompiler, second and third iterations with the last compiled
compiler.

Binaries are available for i386, amd64/x86 64, powerpc and sparc.
Detecting which binary should be used is easy.

On which platforms must it be available?
