There is imlib2 in Fedora Extras already.

To split Imlib2 into 15 (!) packages is very unusual sub-package
inflation IMO.  Directories %{_libdir}/imlib2/, %{_libdir}/imlib2/filters/
and %{_libdir}/imlib2/loaders are not included, btw.
