I tend to agree with the comment in
http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-extras-list/2005-October/msg00593.html

And I might add, that we have a controlled build environment (mock) as
a given, which eliminates any possible conflicts.
Anyway, I am willing to follow the general consensus, but I have not
seen any guidelines on this.
