Yup, those I looked at were dupes or abandoned for some reason.

I'll wait a bit more to see if more thoughts are posted.  Then I'll unlink 
the dupes and broken ones, and link the accepted ones to FE_ACCEPT (if 
there are any...)

Any thoughts about the ASSIGNED ones ?
