Buildsys: Checking for unpackaged file(s) fails

Checking for unpackaged file(s): /usr/lib/rpm/check-files
/var/tmp/hdf5-1.6.4-7.fc5-root-mockbuild
find: cannot get current directory: Permission denied

I'm pretty sure that this package installs files that aren't packaged.
The Extras build system does not find this though.
