Andreas, as far as I can see noone is objecting to you taking up the Wine 
maintenance and I for one would love to see it maintained. The SPEC file 
says:

Unmaintained since RHL9. Maintainer needed.

Why don't you just pick it up? There is nothing stopping it, it just 
happens that it isn't listed on 
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/OrphanedPackages
but it definately is orphaned.

If someone objected they would have said so by now, just reassign it to 
yourself.

(And if someone do object, they will do it now, as they always do when I 
open my big mouth :-)
