Peer to peer software

Hi,

People have submitted P2P software for review in Fedora Extras (see bugs
169604 and 169471)
Peer to peer is not in the list of ForbiddenItems
(http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ForbiddenItems), but I'd like to know what
the legal dpt thinks of it.
What is the best way to contact them ?
