smeg, pyxdg, and numlockx not appearing in Bugzilla but in owners.list?

I committed owners.list with my bugzilla entries, smeg, pyxdg, and
numlockx, but they do not seem to be appearing in Bugzilla. I checked
the Extras component list, not there.

CVS HEAD of owners.list has my entries.

Is there anything further to do to tell Bugzilla about these? Perhaps
someone could check the syntax, or even better, write a script to do
it.
