Assign rights in Bugzilla

Hi,

In the PackageReviewGuidelines is written that I should assign the bug to
myself when I review a package.
But it looks like I don't have the rights to do that, even though I'm a
member of the fedorabugs group on admin.fedora.redhat.com

Is an additional step required ?
