QA things

Hi folks,

There now is a CVS repo where I put a couple scripts for QA related things:

I took a stab at getting the owners.list properly sorted.  Let me know if I 
got things wrong.  The script to check proper ordering and a few other things
(proper number of columns, etc.) is in the above repo.

Also, still looking for comments about the QA SIG wiki page... :-)
