It appears Jochen would approve the submission if it weren't for your
stubborn refusal to use fedora-usermgmt.  So, what you're really asking
is for someone else *who doesn't believe-in/support fedora-usermgmt* to
review it.  Right?

In the meantime, the Packaging Guidelines should be updated to clarify
when use of fedora-usermngt is warranted.  I realize there's some
controversy involved, so should FESCO get involved to officially
bless/veto the use of fedora-usermngt?
