Some proposals on your spec files:
1. The *-devel package provides *.pc files. 
Therefore I'd propose to let it Requires: pkgconfig

2. Why not simply use %{_includedir}/gdgeda, instead of:
%files devel
%dir %{_includedir}/gdgeda
[..]
%{_includedir}/gdgeda/*

3. I'd strongly recommend not to ship the static libs.
