- enable mgmt option
- fixes for various rpmlint errors and warnings:
  - fixed setup -q
  - make subpackages depend on basepackage, not reverse
  - clean buildroot at beginning of install
  - replaced a number of hardcoded paths with RPM macros
  - Changed Group from Networking/Daemons to System Environment/Daemons
