Not a full review yet, but a few comments: 

- Should name the package 'muse' as thats the name of the upstream source file. 

- Using %package -n emacs-muse and %package xemacs-muse should allow you to do
XEmacs and Emacs packages from this same spec file. You should be able to use a
sed command in there to set the EMACS= variable to the right thing. 

- Don't include the .jgu in Release.  :)

Will try and look at doing a full review soon.
