Matthew, sorry, I was fooled by
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/PackageStatus#head-7ad8ccfb3d8a18c22476e20d7ddaab55b4b9cfe1
where it is listed below "Packages in CVS with no entry in the owners.list"
Might be a bug in Christian's script. Sorry for the noise.
