Sure; they're in http://www.math.uh.edu/~tibbs/rpms/gpc/.
Unfortunately I have no FC4 x86_64 boxes running yet, so I have a
tough time actually testing the builds.  (My x86_64 boxes are still
running FC3, but I have a new 8-CPU machine to bring up today so
perhaps I'll be able to do proper testing tomorrow.)
