php-extras: Can anyone finish the review?

There is "php-extras" package, too long time pending in the review stage.

At least 3 persons tried to make the review, but then have disappeared 
without any essential remarks.

The package itself seems to be useful, as it adds, for example, such 
FE-based modules as php-mcrypt and php-tidy. This package is downloaded 
often enough from its current location, that can vote for its demand.

Perhaps I can't understand some simple things?..

Can anyone help?
