Actually, since anything using Module::Signature doesn't like for anything to be
in the build directory that isn't in MANIFEST, I'm going with this (unless there
are any objections):

cat <<'END' > %{_sourcedir}/%{name}-prov
#!/bin/sh
%{__perl_provides} "$@" | sed -e '/^perl(DB)$/d'
END
%define __perl_provides %{_sourcedir}/%{name}-prov
chmod +x %{__perl_provides}
